I'm so glad you’re here. I recognize that finding a therapist and asking for help can be a challenge. My goal is to give you a safe space with no judgment and to offer you support on your journey. I specialize in individuals and clients age 12+. I integrate family systems (IFS), CBT, person-centered, culturally sensitive counseling, and adlerian therapy styles. I specialize in life transitions, grief, and trauma. If you are experiencing a loss, I want to help you learn to live with the loss and find hope for the future. You’ll find me to be empathetic, kind, culturally sensitive, nurturing, and non-judgmental. I'm available to anyone is in need of mental, emotional, or relational help. I believe you are the expert and I am here to assist you. Therapy is a completely confidential way to problem solve, let it all out, explore new ways of thinking, and learn healthy coping skills.
